Mr. Jia is a senior partner at Watson & Band's Zhengzhou Office, embodying a rare combination of legal acumen and scholarly expertise. Graduated with a Doctorate in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, he enhanced his expertise with visiting scholar stints at Wuhan University and the College of William and Mary in the U.S. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Jia has adeptly handled complex civil, commercial, and intellectual property cases, earning acclaim for his strategic legal approaches and successful outcomes. His expertise is not only recognized in the courtroom but also through his significant contributions to legal education and public welfare. Mr. Jia currently serves as a faculty member at the Law School of Civil and Commercial Economics, Henan University of Economics and Law, where he imparts his extensive knowledge on civil and commercial law, intellectual property law, and network protection for intellectual property rights. 

A committed scholar, Mr. Jia has authored over ten influential academic papers published in renowned legal and scholarly periodicals, such as Publication and Distribution Research, Science & Technology and Law, and Journal of Henan University of Economics and Law. His research has presided over or contributed significantly to eight major scientific projects at the provincial level and above, reflecting his dedication to advancing legal studies.
