Ms. Shanshan Zhang is a distinguished member of Watson & Band's Zhengzhou Office, leveraging a robust foundation in corporate and commercial law to deliver exceptional outcomes for her clients. Her expertise spans significant aspects of labor and employment disputes, as well as comprehensive litigation and dispute resolution. 

Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Zhang was immersed in handling intricate legal affairs for a prominent Taiwanese company. During her tenure, she drafted and reviewed over 2,000 diverse contracts, skillfully navigated numerous labor arbitration and contract disputes, and played a pivotal role in overseeing more than 300 bidding and procurement projects. This extensive in-house experience equipped her with a profound understanding of corporate law, making her a valuable asset to her clients. 

Since transitioning to Watson & Band, Ms. Zhang has independently managed over a hundred litigation and arbitration cases, with a particular focus on disputes related to corporate governance, contracts, and private lending.
