Mr. Xianbo Wang graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. He is a senior lawyer with science and engineering background.

In 2011, Mr. Wang was honored as a "National Outstanding Legal Aid Lawyer" after dedicating a year to legal aid work in Toksun Country, Turpan City, Xinjiang, as part of the "1+1 Legal Aid Project" organized by the Ministry of Justice, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All China Lawyers Association and the China Legal Aid Foundation.
