Mr. Sun graduated from Shandong University with a Bachelor's degree in Law. He has been serving as the Director of Watson & Band's Yantai Office since 2019. His legal career commenced in 1988, initially in-house within various companies, before becoming a qualified lawyer in 2020.

Since 2001, Mr. Sun has focused on legal services related to real estates, disposition of non-performing assets, and corporate legal affairs, working wih both a large state-owned real estate company and a law firm. He has developed particular expertise in real estates and the disposition of non-performing assets, handling numerous contentious and non-contentious matters involving real estates, lease contracts, and non-performing assets. Through this work, he has accumulated extensive legal and practical experience.
