Mr. Shaowen Lv is a full-time lawyer of Watson & Band's Yantai Office. He graduated from the Law School of Yantai University with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
During his college years, Mr. Lv interned at the Laiyang People's Court, where he was responsible for hearing records, case files, draft judgments, and service process.
From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Lv worked for a law firm in Shandong, during which period he was assigned to work in Qixia City, where he assisted in resolving over 300 cases involving loan contracts, traffic accidents, insurance contracts, medical malpractice, construction project contracts, and labor issues.
Mr. Lv joined Watson & Band's Yantai Office in March 2019 and has since handled over a hundred cases of various types. In March 2021, he was appointed to work at the Yantai Zhifu District Bureau of Justice, where he assisted the Yantai Zhifu District People's Government in handling administrative reconsideration cases and representing the government in lawsuits.
Mr. Lv is well-versed in judicial procedures including court filings, preservation, sealing up, freezing, and enforcement. He has established good communications with judicial or administrative authorities.
