Luyao Cheng is a dedicated lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as litigation and dispute resolution. She graduated from Tianjin University of Science and Technology with a degree in Law and is set to pursue an MBA in Finance at the Advanced Institute of Finance, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, starting in September 2024.
