Prior to joining Watson & Band, he served at the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and the Shanghai Municipal Development & Reform Commission (Anti-monopoly Bureau), accumulating formidable experience in regulatory enforcement.

He subsequently held leadership roles in legal and government affairs at major tech powerhouses including Alibaba Group, Xiaohongshu (RED BOOK), and Fourier Intelligence. During his tenure in the corporate sector, he built comprehensive legal support systems from the ground up for large internet and tech companies. His operational oversight covered the entire business lifecycle, including content communities, advertising, e-commerce, global expansion, data compliance, labor and HR, intellectual property, dispute resolution, investment, and innovation incubation. Furthermore, he has extensive experience structuring export control, sanctions compliance, and patent management frameworks for high-tech startups.
