On May 9, the well-known legal rating agency Benchmark Litigation published its 2022 Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Guide and 2022 China Regional Rankings. Watson & Band, with its permanent outstanding performance in the intellectual property area, is again listed in top tiers on both rankings. Meanwhile, Watson & Band’s Partner, Joe (Yizhou) Liu is again named a “Litigation Star” in the intellectual property area in the China regional rankings.

Throughout the years Watson & Band has enjoyed a good reputation in the IP litigation and dispute resolution area. A number of IP cases that we represented for the clients in recent years have been selected as top 10 or typical cases for the year by the Supreme Court, local Higher Courts, IP Courts and CNIPA.
